I came across the website promoting the Wonder Woman Day on the 29th October 2006:

Not only is it a day in aid of charity, but in addition it features some amazing images of the fantastic superheroine herself. A lot of people associate Lynda Carter as the face of Wonder Woman, but I just love all the alternative illustrations, especially the harder and more mean looking Wonder Woman.
My favourites would have to be:
- Joe Benitez’s version of Wonder Woman
- Or Tod Smith’s version, which is all about legs and boots!
